College of Agricultural Sciences 11 Strategic Initiatives
There are several overarching areas that are incorporated into and affect each of the strategic initiatives listed including:
- Undergraduate Education
- Graduate Education
- Experience and Exposure
To date, the process has involved faculty and staff representing each department, researchers and cooperative extension agents. As a result, 11 planning study areas were identified to drive our focus and provide direction for the future. To implement these strategies, steering committees comprised of faculty, staff, researchers and extension agents have been established for each planning study area. These steering committees have designated leaders who are charged with implementing various strategic initiatives and ensuring success in the identified areas.
